Adult/Teen Programs

All of our adult classes are held in a friendly environment incorporating drills and training methods to help you gain the ability to use what you have learned in an actual situation.  We go through a progression of skills in a comfortable fashion so before you know it, you are feeling more coordinated and capable of defending yourself in real life situations.

JKD/MMA

​

Jeet Kune Do was the philosophy of Bruce Lee.  The idea is to study everything you can, take what is useful from all of those styles and create a system of martial arts and self defense that works for you as an individual.  This philosophy was Mixed Martial Arts before it became en vogue.  

​

In our JKD/MMA classes we incorporate a variety of styles and systems including but not limited to Boxing, Muay Thai, Wing Chun, Jiu Jitsu, Filipino Martial Arts, Savate and more into an eclectic hybrid martial art system that is practical and catered to you as an individual.  

​

The goal is to help you gain the ability to function in all ranges of fighting without a weapon, kicking, punching, trapping (clinch range) and grappling/wrestling.

Warrior Fitness/Cardio Kickboxing

Warrior Fitness classes are designed to get you in the best shape of your life. Period. Our programs employ several different old school fitness methods and cutting edge protocols combined to do one thing – get RESULTS fast! Exercises are selected to train the whole body in multiple planes of movement – life happens in 3 dimensions, so should your training!

 

Warrior Fitness training utilizes tools such as Russian kettlebells, Indian Clubs, old objects, and a considerable variety of unique bodyweight exercises to generate strength throughout the entire body in all ranges of motion.  Physical strength is not confined to merely muscle alone, but focuses on training the tendons, ligaments, and fascia as well.  This provides a much more stable and connected body

BJJ / Jujutsu

We offer both Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Japanese Jujutsu, giving students a complete grappling foundation. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu focuses on ground control, positional dominance, and submissions—using leverage and technique over strength.
Traditional Jujutsu adds throws, joint locks, and standing self-defense applications drawn from the art’s samurai roots.

Together, they form a balanced system that builds confidence, adaptability, and real-world effectiveness both on the mat and off it.

Historical European Martial Arts (HEMA)

​

Historical European Martial Arts revive the fighting systems once practiced by knights, soldiers, and duelists of medieval and Renaissance Europe.
Training includes longsword, dagger, sword and buckler, wrestling, and other traditional weapons, all based on authentic historical manuscripts.

​

Our HEMA program emphasizes timing, precision, and control—balancing martial effectiveness with respect for the art’s history.


It’s both a physical discipline and a window into the combat methods that shaped Europe’s warrior traditions.
